Czech-Polish pilot kick-off meeting

A kick-off meeting for the ELF project Czech-Polish pilot took place recently in Prague. Organised as part of the Work Package 3 - ELF Services and Data Content. It was attended by 11 delegates from the Czech Republic, Poland and Norway. In addition, a joint tele-session on the second day enabled experts from Work Package 4 to take part in discussions about new geo-tools.

The meeting was an excellent opportunity to debate the data content and web services needed, as well as the data resources available. Participants also discussed international boundaries and future events of interest.

The event was hosted by the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (CUZK) and opened by the Director of the Land Survey Office, Dr Karel Brazdi.
